 Youth Easton Stealth Baseball Bat

coachtrev writes "Easton Stealth youth baseball are one of the most popular bats in youth baseball today. The proven technology Easton uses has given youth baseball batters more results for their swing.

Doug Easton began crafting wooden bows and cedar arrows in Watsonville, California in 1922. Although his products were used by archery champions worldwide, he was constantly frustrated by the fact that wooden shafts lacked consistency and uniformity. So in 1939, he began manufacturing aluminum arrows and shafts. This would prove to be a harbinger for what the Easton Company would focus on 30 years later in a different competitive arena of the sports world.

The first true aluminum bat was developed by Easton in 1969, and for the past three decades the company continues to develop and produce “industry firsts.” The first CU31 and C405 bats, the first titanium bat, and the first carbon core bat were prime examples of Easton’s leading technology. Most recently was the development of the well-known Stealth series. The use of “real science, real flex, and real performance” as a catch phrase for these bats is nothing short of an understatement when it comes to the quality of the item.

Though the Stealth CNT series has been significantly improved and boasts a new look, the superior performance is a factor that remains the same. CNT stands for Carbon Nanotube Technology, and is a combination of Sc900 Scandium alloy (an Easton exclusive) and Easton’s patented ConneXion technology. The barrel flex has increased resulting from the lengthening of the sweet spot by virtue of using Easton’s patented Extended Flex Design. The barrel flex was increased towards the contour and the end of the bat and the player can now take advantage of increased performance down the entire length of the bat handle.

Scandium 900 is the strongest, most durable alloy currently on the market and this has resulted in maximum barrel performance. The composite structures are strengthened by the use of Easton’s CNT technology, which in turn has optimized the entire Stealth line for maximum bat performance. The Stealth is a two-piece structured bat which uses the ConneXion technology to provide optimum energy transfer from handle to barrel. The player will notice a “quicker” and more power as it whips through the hitting zone.

Comments:

“This is a good bat. I have four kids that use this bat and they are my best hitters. One kid does not like the handle but the rest do. The bat has good distance and a good sound. Worth the money we will use again this season.” --- Jim R., coach, St. Louis, MO
